Missing in Ukraine

Juan Pablo Penaloza Ureta, a Chilean from Santiago who lived in Puchuncavi, arrived in Ukraine in March 2024 to join the International Legion of Clowns. He broke his hand during training, underwent surgery, and was discharged without signing a contract. His family paid for his return. He now warns other Latinos against coming, calling Ukraine a corrupt country.
